The newly purchased wok is first soaked in salt water, then dripped with some salad oil and wiped. If there is a strange smell, cut the ginger into small pieces and reheat in a pan. The wok is easy to rust, so it should not be eaten overnight. Try not to use wok soup as this will prevent the surface of the pan from rusting the food layer from disappearing. Brush the pan with as little detergent as possible, then wipe off the water. If there is slight rust, you can wash it with vinegar.
